WELCOME TO THE INTEGRITY HOTLINE OF WHML.ORG! THIS IS A CONFIDENTIAL RESOURCE TO REPORT CONCERNS AND MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST ETHICAL STANDARDS. THE WORLD HEALTH, MEDICAL AND LIFE SCIENCES ORGANIZATION (WHML.ORG) IS A RENOWNED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION OPERATING GLOBALLY IN THE FIELDS OF HEALTH, MEDICAL AND LIFE SCIENCES. To this end, we have established the integrity hotline so that our employees, volunteers, and stakeholders can report any misconduct, unethical behavior, or corruption. The integrity hotline operates in accordance with confidentiality principles, and all reported violations are thoroughly assessed.

The primary purpose of the integrity hotline is to ensure that WHML.ORG operates in accordance with its ethical and professional standards and to guarantee that all our stakeholders work in a safe and fair environment. This hotline can be used to report the following cases:
Ethical violations: behaviors of employees or volunteers that contradict ethical rules.
Corruption and fraud: misuse of financial resources, forgery, and similar financial violations.
Harassment and discrimination: cases of harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or other reasons.
Conflict of interest: situations where personal interests conflict with the organization’s interests.
Confidentiality breaches: unauthorized sharing of personal data or sensitive information.

WHML.ORG’s ethics committee is responsible for reviewing and assessing ethical violations. The ethics committee operates independently and handles all reports impartially. The committee takes appropriate measures after conducting necessary investigations and takes steps to prevent recurrence. The duties of the ethics committee are as follows:
Reviewing violation reports: review and assess all reports received through the integrity hotline.
Taking appropriate measures: taking necessary actions to prevent and correct ethical violations.
Reporting: preparing regular reports on ethical violations and the actions taken and submitting them to the board of directors.
Education and awareness: contributing to the organization of ethics training programs and awareness events.
When reporting ethical violations and misconduct through the integrity hotline, there are some important points to pay attention to. The following guide will provide you with directions on how to make your report:
Be clear and precise: provide clear and detailed information when making your report. Explain when, where, and how the incident occurred in detail.
Gather evidence: if you have any evidence (emails, documents, photos, etc.) related to the violation or misconduct, gather them and submit them with your report.
Maintain confidentiality: pay attention to the confidentiality of your report. You can request that your identity be kept confidential.
