WELCOME TO THE LEADERS SECTION OF WHML.ORG! MEET THE VISIONARIES WHO GUIDE OUR ORGANIZATION TOWARD NEW HORIZONS IN HEALTH AND MEDICAL SCIENCES. THE WORLD HEALTH, MEDICAL AND LIFE SCIENCES ORGANIZATION (WHML.ORG) IS A NON-PROFIT NGO OPERATING GLOBALLY IN THE FIELDS OF HEALTH, MEDICAL AND LIFE SCIENCES. FOUNDED IN 2000 BY PROFESSORS, ACADEMICS, SCIENTISTS, AND HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, WHML.ORG IS HEADQUARTERED IN THE NETHERLANDS. OUR ORGANIZATION, REGISTERED WITH THE DUTCH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (KVK), OPERATES WITH AN INDEPENDENT AND TRANSPARENT MANAGEMENT APPROACH.

The board of directors determines the strategic direction, oversees activities, and makes critical decisions for the organization. The board meets at least four times a year to evaluate the organization’s activities and plan for the future.
Johanna Müller – Chair of the board
Johanna Müller is a scientist with over 30 years of experience in health and life sciences. She has served as a university professor and led numerous international research projects. Dr. Müller has also played an active role in developing various health policies. She is a key leader shaping the vision and strategic goals of WHML.ORG.
Mehmet Yilmaz – Vice-chair of the board
Mehmet Yilmaz is an academic specialized in medicine, particularly public health. He has published numerous scientific articles and has been a speaker at international conferences. Prof. Yilmaz plays a critical role in guiding and overseeing Whml.org’s public health projects.
The executive committee is responsible for implementing the decisions of the board of directors. It manages the organization’s daily activities, coordinates projects, and ensures efficient use of resources. The executive committee is led by the general manager and consists of specialized units.
Elcin Huseyn – General manager
Elcin Huseyn is an expert with extensive experience in health management and international health policies. He has served as a senior executive in various international organizations and worked on improving health systems. Dr. Huseyn manages the daily operations of Whml.org and is responsible for implementing the organization’s global strategies.
Ahmed Al-Mansouri – Operations director
Ahmed Al-Mansouri is a professional specialized in health services management and strategic planning. He has managed health projects in the Middle East and Africa regions and worked to improve the accessibility of health services. Dr. Al-Mansouri coordinates the operational activities of WHML.ORG and ensures the effective execution of projects.
The scientific committee directs and oversees WHML.ORG’s scientific research and publication activities. The committee consists of leading scientists and researchers in medicine and life sciences. The scientific committee evaluates research projects, monitors the quality of scientific publications, and contributes to organizing scientific events.
Emily Johnson – Chair of the scientific committee
Emily Johnson is a world-renowned scientist in biomedical research and genetics. She has won numerous international awards and published in many prestigious journals. Prof. Johnson determines Whml.org’s scientific research strategies and oversees research projects.
Rajesh Patel – Member of the scientific committee

WHML.ORG operates in nine different regions worldwide: Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, Caribbean, North America, Central America, and South America. Each region is managed through regional offices and local representatives. The regional offices implement Whml.org’s global strategies at the local level and coordinate projects in the region.
Europe regional director – Maria Rossi

Dr. Rossi coordinates WHML.ORG’s activities in Europe and ensures the effective implementation of projects.
Asia regional director – Hiroshi Nakamura
